Daily rates incl: Government fees ($100/day), Concession fees ($50/day), accommodation, meals, beverages, table wine and daily laundry. Also all PH & tracker services, skinning and field preparation of trophies, ground transportation during the safari.
Not included: Charters / commercial airline fares, trophy fees of animals bagged or wounded, gratuities to staff, rifles and ammunition, cities tags, tourist levies, Import Taxes
Terms of business: 50% deposit to confirm reservation; balance payable 30 days prior to commencement of your safari by electronic transfer.Please note: only CASH or TRAVELERS CHEQUES
Prior to the commencement of your safari, clients will be requested to complete and sign a safari contract as well as our own indemnity form as prescribe by the Professional Hunters Association
Any client wishing to fly between areas is responsible for his own & the PH’s air fare.

In case of cancellations within a period of 60 days prior to the start of the season, no refunds can be made.
Loss of hunting days due to illness, lost luggage, delayed flights, etc. are at client’s expense.
