​A Hunting client is defined as any person that harvests Two or More animals. An individual that harvests a Single animal is considered a Non-Hunting Guest. This Does Not Apply To Dangerous Game.

  • ​​Day of Arrival and Day of Departure are non-hunting days. These are the days we’ll pick you up and drop you off at the airport.​

  • Bow Hunting Requires a minimum of 10 days.

  • Numzaan Safaris does not allow back to back safaris.

  • The Rates & Trophy Fees will coincide with the year your hunt takes place.

  • ​​​DONATIONS

  • A Numzaan Safaris donation may not be combined with any other Safari Donation.

  • Donations are valid for 2 years.

NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN ON ANIMALS NOT HARVESTED, DAYS NOT USED, OR TROPHY FEES NOT USED THAT WERE INCLUDED IN THE DONATION AND/OR PACKAGE. .

  • NO exchanges of animals are allowed.

  • Ownership of donations CAN NOT be transferred or resold.

  • All donations bought are valid for two (2) years.

  • ​​​CANCELLATION POLICY​

THERE WILL BE NO REFUND ON ANY DEPOSIT PAID, UNLESS THE HUNT IS CANCELLED NO LESS THAN 6 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE FIRST OF MARCH OF THE CALENDAR YEAR IN WHICH THE HUNT IS BOOKED. IN THE EVENT OF THE HUNT BEING CANCELLED PRIOR TO THIS DATE, 50% OF THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.

Animals listed below require 1 MONTH PRIOR NOTICE for permit applications:

  • African Wild Cat

  • Baboon

  • Bontebok

  • Caracal

  • Civet

  • Common Reedbuck

  • Duiker-Blue

  • Honey Badger

  • Leopard

  • Lion

  • Monkey-Vervet

  • Roan Antelope

  • Serval

  • Tsessebe

  • White Rhino

  • Wildebeest-Black

ALL ANIMALS REQUIRING A PERMIT MUST BE A MINIMUM OF SEVEN (7) HUNTING DAYS
